If you think that you are ready to make the leap into homeownership and are interested in starting the pre-approval process - you will be able to do so on the day of the event or before hand by calling us at 210-596-0177.  Here are some documents that you need to have available to provide after you apply to make the process go smoothly: 

  • 2 Months LES or Pay Stubs
  • 2 months bank statements
  • 2 years W2 Forms
  • 2 Years Tax Returns
  • Retirement Account/TSP statement
  • Statement of Service
  • Copy of your Drivers License & Social Security Card
